Supports planning and programming studies for DoD and Federal clients.
Understands and applies military master planning principles, methodologies, and best practices
Participates as a team member in master planning, project programming, and charrettes
Prepares master planning report content under direct supervision of lead planners
Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of military master planning principles; up to two years of related work experience; and have:
Excellent design, visualization and graphic skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing and presenting planning reports and project documents
Creative problem-solving skills to gather relevant information to solve less well-defined planning problems
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Ability to read, understand, summarize, and apply existing planning documents, studies, and regulations
Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
Minimum QualificationsBachelor degree in engineering or professional degree in Sciences in area of expertise preferred with specialized training, or experience that uniquely qualifies the individual to perform the job responsibilities.
